Responsibilities

• Assist management with tasks and follow-ups.
• Provide excellent customer service via phone and in person.
• Ensure inventory is managed and adjustments are made.
• Conduct spot checks of high-value and high-turnover inventory.
• Coordinate collection and submission of credit card receipts.
• Assist branch manager with customer follow-ups.
• Support creation and coordination of estimates and communicate them to customers.
• Inform clients of new equipment options.
