Description

The Regional Office Global Practice Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support for the Global Practice leadership to ensure continuity of daily Global Practice functions and operations by collaborating to provide and present Global Practice information. This position coordinates with leadership to provide administrative services in conjunction with Global Practice and business line goals and objectives.

  • Facilitates the dissemination of information to the Global Practice and departments as part of the overall communications and management process.

  • Resolves questions regarding the Global Practice; research and provide appropriate answers.

  • Prepare and present meeting notes, presentations and tables utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Access and other programs.

  • Develop procedures pertaining to Global Practice and department requirements and assist in the development of business initiatives for the Global Practice.

  • Monitor Global Practice deadlines and benchmarks and support presentation of monthly progress reports including tracking action items and progress updates.

  • Plan, coordinate and facilitate on-site and off-site meetings for the Global Practice. This may include: orientation and training, stakeholder meetings, management meetings, periodic reviews, etc.

  • Coordinate the required training programs and records for Global Practice personnel in conjunction with the corporate training department and project requirements to ensure compliance.

  • Assemble and analyze information involving business plans, and financial reports, resulting in the final business plan submission.

  • Monitor, review, and approve standard expenditures to ensure the activities of the Global Practice are conducted within established budgets.

  • Prepare a variety of communication including emails, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.

  • Responsible for handling sensitive and confidential information.

  • Coordinate Global Practice related issues and complaints, such as operational resources, work stations, space assignments and supplies, and follow up that resolution has been obtained.

  • Providing administrative aid for various projects related to leadership team, minutes of meeting, transcribe notes and compose memos.

  • Welcoming prospective employees and visitors.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED required.

  • 1 year applicable office/clerical experience preferred.

  • Advance knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint required.

  • Ability to work independently; demonstrating accuracy, reliability, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks.

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels within an organization and with others outside of the organization (i.e. clients, vendors, business partners, community leaders).

  • Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality.

  • Possess organizational, prioritization and time management skills.

Compensation

$21.00-40.00 Hourly

The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in compliance with all local/state regulations. The final agreed upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, prior work experience and work location. The total annual compensation package will consist of an hourly pay rate and eligibility to participate in our discretionary year-end incentive bonus program.
