The Salvation Army USA Central Territory is seeking an Executive Assistant to advance the Mission and support the Executive Development Director. You will handle private matters related to personnel, donor relations, fundraising, and office procedures.
Responsibilities include taking minutes, managing Salesforce reports, processing invoices, supporting the Divisional Annual Fund, and coordinating calendars and correspondence with leadership across the Indiana Division.

As the Executive Assistant, you will advance and support the Mission of The Salvation Army in everything that you do, while assisting the Executive Development Director with the responsibilities and functions of the office of Development. This includes handling highly private and sensitive matters relating to personnel, donor relations, fundraising, department and office procedures.
Education: Minimum associate degree or four years work related experience as Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant or combination of training and experience will be considered.
Background Checks: Position requires a background check to be completed, and all background check results will be reviewed.
Experience: Four years work related experience preferred.
Certifications: Must have a valid driver's license and maintain The Salvation Army Driver's qualification standard; must complete Safe From Harm training within the first 90 days of employment.
