Job summary

Boston College Law School invites applications for an Administrative Assistant to support the Initiative for Tax Reform and the Common Good. You will manage the Faculty Director’s calendar, correspondence, and logistics, coordinate outside consultants, track deliverables and timelines.

The position may be structured as part-time or full-time, through May 31, 2028, with potential extension based on funding. Some early morning, evening, or weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2–3 years of related administrative support experience.
  • Experience in higher education, law, or policy/advocacy settings preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe.
  • Strong organizational, calendaring, and minute-taking skills.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the Faculty Director’s calendar and correspondence.
  • Coordinate outside consultants and manage project timelines.
  • Support Initiative marketing and social media presence.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
