The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, enabling leadership effectiveness, and fostering collaboration across Surface Care teams and stakeholders. This role requires strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate seamlessly across multiple priorities in a dynamic R&D environment.
Supporting a VP and two Senior Directors in Surface Care R&D requires not only administrative excellence, but also the ability to coordinate across teams, anticipate leadership needs, and enable efficient execution in a fast-moving technical organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building relationships, and can seamlessly manage competing demands with professionalism and discretion.
