Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the location, including preparing documents, organizing information, maintaining records, and assisting with general office needs.
  • Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Enter, update, and maintain accurate information in Company systems, spreadsheets, files, and other records.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, employee activities, and other operational needs as directed.
  • Communication: Answer phones, respond to emails, and communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and other internal and external contacts.
  • Document Management: Prepare, organize, scan, file, and maintain documents and records in accordance with Company procedures.
  • Employee Support: Assist employees and management with administrative questions, forms, documentation, and other routine requests.
  • Operations Support: Provide administrative assistance to Operations and other departments as needed, including preparing reports, tracking information, and coordinating follow-up items.
  • Customer & Vendor Support: Assist with routine customer and vendor inquiries and direct questions or issues to the appropriate department or team member.
  • Reporting: Assist with preparing, updating, and distributing routine reports, spreadsheets, and administrative summaries.
  • Office Organization: Help maintain an organized, professional, and efficient office environment and ensure administrative supplies and resources are available.
  • Confidential Information: Handle employee, customer, financial, and Company information appropriately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Regular & Predictable Attendance: The ability to consistently report to work on time and as scheduled, with minimal unexcused absences.

Your daily impact:

As our next Administrative Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the location and operations team. In this role, you’ll help maintain accurate records, coordinate communications, assist with scheduling and documentation, respond to internal and external inquiries, and provide general administrative support to help the location operate efficiently.
