Job summary

Southern Tire Mart in Utah is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a busy, family-owned operation with decades of service. The role covers front-desk tasks, billing, dispatch coordination, and general office support to keep the day running smoothly.

You will answer calls, assist customers and team members, and use our POS system to locate information and process orders, ensuring accurate records and timely communication across local and corporate offices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, accounts payable/receivable, logistics, etc. experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Effective communication via email and phone.
• Must be capable of multi-tasking and working in high pace environment.

This job position covers a wide range of duties and day-to-day activities. A significant amount of time will be spent answering phone calls, billing customers, taking payments, dispatching technicians, and coordinating repair services.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Answering phone calls and providing customer service
• Communicating with both customers and coworkers in the local office as well as in the corporate office
• Utilizing our point-of-sale system to find and add information and orders
