As an administrative assistant sr., you will support executive level leaders and will leverage your communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills to ensure your leaders and their teams are supported to do their best work.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting executive level leaders with high customer service, interpersonal savvy, and efficiency.
  • Providing leadership influence and support to leaders, partners, and your peer admin support team to improve productivity, communication, and morale.
  • Scheduling executive domestic and international travel in compliance with policies, addressing all aspects of travel to ensure effective use of time and resources.
  • Partnering with the broader admin community to organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and activities.
  • Supporting departmental hiring managers with onboarding new partners.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Adaptability, collaboration, and excellent communication skills.
  • High-level customer service orientation.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, and attention to detail.
  • Critical thinking, analytical skills, and proactive needs anticipation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and virtual tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • 7+ years of administrative experience or Starbucks store management experience.
  • Experience managing calendars, emails, and project/event management.
