Ensure all administrative needs of the Ski and Ride School are met such as ordering, data entry, reporting,filingand staff communications.
Manage recruitment and onboarding process, including participation in recruitment, and hiring events, coordinating interviews, orientation, paperwork, and training
Manage payroll and timekeeping entry and auditing ensuringtimelycorrections for discrepancies, escalating concerns as necessary to management
Support Training lead with reporting, tracking, and scheduling
Train lead and administrative team on payroll functions and systems
Maintain organization and cleanliness of Ski and Ride School businessoffice.
Assistemployees with questionsregardingHR related issuesmaintainingconfidentiality when working with sensitive information.
Other duties as assigned
High School Diploma or GED Equivalentrequired; some college preferred
1+ years of administrative work experience preferred
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
The expected pay range is$22.87/hr - $28.59/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
