The Medical College of Wisconsin is seeking a seasoned administrator to perform routine and advanced administrative duties. This role requires coordination of various functions and involvement in project management, with a requirement of at least 5 years of experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
The successful candidate will have strong organizational and relational skills and will be responsible for the management of correspondence, data compilation, and program administration. Benefits include outstanding healthcare coverage and a 403B retirement package.
Summary Under the direction of the Director of the Learner Network and in close collaboration with Coordinator and Manager colleagues, perform routine and advanced administrative duties for the KNN Learner Network area requiring considerable skill and in‑depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
Minimum Required Education: High school diploma
Minimum Required Experience: 5 years of experience
Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Appropriate experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
Work requires occasionally lifting moderate weight materials, standing, or walking continuously.
Occasional exposure to dust, noise, temperature changes, or contact with water or other liquids. Work is performed in an environmentally controlled environment.
Ability to detect and translate speech or other communication required. May occasionally require the ability to distinguish colors and perceive relative distances between objects.
