Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the Everlight Solar team as a Sales Enablement Assistant. This is an entry-level, full-time, remote position. The Sales Enablement Assistant will support the Sales team and act as a liaison between sales, project management, and customers. Administrative skills are essential.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies.
  • Participate in self-development and team-building workshops sponsored by the company.
  • Assist Sales Managers and Consultants with project completion.
  • Gather and present sales data.
  • Communicate with customers to collect information.
  • Serve as a liaison between sales and other departments.
Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce.com (preferred).
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Availability for 40 hours/week, with rotating shifts between 7 am and 10 pm.
  • Once a month, work on Saturday from 8 am to 6 pm.

Salary: $30,000 - $40,000 per year.
