Everlight Solar is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join the team as a Sales Enablement Assistant. This is an entry-level, full-time, remote position. The Sales Enablement Assistant will serve as a personal assistant to the Sales teams and act as a liaison between sales, project management, and customers. Administrative skills are essential.

Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with CEO and Executive Team to implement company goals and strategies.
  • Participate in self-development and team-building workshops sponsored by the company.
  • Assist Sales Managers and Consultants with project completion.
  • Collect and present sales data.
  • Communicate with customers to gather information.
  • Act as a liaison between sales and other teams.
Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Strong administrative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
  • Availability for 40 hours/week, including rotating shifts from 7 am to 10 pm.
  • Required once/month: Saturday work from 8 am to 6 pm.
