Administrative Assistant / Receptionist, 3171
As an Aviation Administrative Receptionist supporting Corporate Aviation in Boise, Idaho, you will perform entry-level administrative support through efficient organization and communication skills in this differentiated environment. This role offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the smooth operations of processes and activities within the department while expanding the scope of the receptionist position.

Administrative Receptionist Duties
  1. Receive and host travelers, visitors, and contractors.
  2. Coordinate arrivals of packages, rental cars, and catering.
  3. Uphold security protocols for site access and ensure safety standards are followed.
  4. Distribute incoming communications, identify priorities, and respond to inquiries through appropriate channels.
  5. Assist with organizing team meetings and site events; coordinate catering as needed.
  6. Support new employee onboarding activities, including ordering equipment for new hires.
  7. Serve as a support liaison to Executive Admins across various departments and sites.
  8. Schedule maintenance and repairs for site buildings, area offices, and equipment.
  9. Monitor office supplies and printer items; reorder as needed.
  10. Manage hangar and aircraft stock inventory; organize stock areas and order supplies as necessary.
  11. Process expense reports efficiently and maintain budget consciousness.
Aviation Operations Support
  1. Utilize PFM-Professional Flight Management software.
  2. Maintain passenger PFM profiles and update traveler preferences promptly.
  3. Post all flight expenses accurately to PFM records.
  4. Compile PFM data for business reviews.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports using Microsoft Office.
