Johnston-Willis Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an Administrative Assistant Radiation Therapy to support executives, manage correspondence, take meeting minutes, and coordinate travel and calendars. This on-site role requires organized, detail-oriented individuals with strong computer and word processing skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as secretary with computer and word processing skills is required.
• Medical secretary with computer skills preferred.
• Graduate of a secretarial school with medical terminology and computer course also preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will complete correspondence and documents, take minutes at assigned meetings, organizing work to complete duties effectively and efficiently.
• Organize and set up for meetings and other functions. Assist other HCA committees and groups for on-site meeting functions as necessary
• You will maintain departmental records, files and charts to meet regulatory standards and hospital policy
• Collect/audit statistical data daily/monthly for designated areas. Provides daily/monthly reports as requested
• Maintain calendars, set appointments and coordinate travel arrangements for Chief Operating Officer and other Senior Executives.
