Job summary

SpecPro Sustainment and Environmental, LLC seeks an Administrative Assistant / Personnel Specialist to support the F-22 FTU Beddown Project Integration Office (PIO) at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA. The role combines program administration with manpower and military personnel support, working closely with PIO leadership and Civil Engineering personnel.

• Knowledge of military HR concepts, practices, processes, and procedures.
• Knowledge of Military Personnel Management and Personnel Readiness.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to prepare professional reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, presentations, and meeting documentation.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance and be able to access restricted spaces.

• Provide administrative support to the PIO Chairman, Deputy Chairman, PIO members, and Civil Engineering staff.
• Prepare meeting minutes, PowerPoint presentations, Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, reports, correspondence, and electronic files.
• Schedule, attend, and document PIO meetings and maintain related program records.
• Maintain SharePoint files, the Issue Management Log, project Gantt charts, and other program documentation.
• Collect and analyze organizational processes, workload data, and manpower information to support process improvements.
• Support analysis of work methods, manpower requirements, manpower estimates, service contracts, and support agreements.
• Monitor program progress and provide status information to senior management.
• Support compliance with applicable organizational regulations, directives, procedures, and policies.
• Support military personnel management, personnel readiness, HR information systems, and personnel record transactions.
• Assist the PIO Team and 1st Fighter Wing with communications support tickets as an alternate CWP, as required.
• Provide weekly input for the Weekly Activity Report.

This position combines day-to-day program administration with manpower and military personnel support and will work closely with PIO leadership, staff, and Civil Engineering personnel.

What You’ll Do:

The position is located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), VA. Normal duty hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. ET.
