Job Description
Role Overview
- Support a team by providing administrative, coordination, and customer support in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as a key point of contact for customers, contractors, field personnel, and leadership while helping keep daily operations running smoothly.
- Work independently to manage priorities, resolve issues, and support departmental goals through strong organization and communication.
Responsibilities
- Keep the team organized by managing schedules, priorities, deadlines, and follow-up items.
- Provide professional customer service and communication via phone, email, and Microsoft collaboration tools.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, reports, and administrative activities that support daily operations and project work.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure details are tracked and completed in a timely manner.
- Take initiative to solve problems, support stakeholders, and keep work moving forward in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED and 3+ years of related administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience with diverse stakeholders.
- Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
- Proficiency in Outlook and Teams.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction, utilities, engineering, or project support experience.
- Construction administration or project coordination experience.
- Experience scheduling crews, contractors, or resources.
- Experience supporting field operations.

- Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-3:00 PM
- Overtime: Up to 5 hours per week as needed
- Contract Length: 12 months with possibility of extension
