In this full-time Administrative Assistant role, you will be an essential part of a collaborative clinical environment, helping keep daily operations organized, patient-centered, and running smoothly.

You will support providers who deliver advanced outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine care, including treatment for shoulder, knee, and ankle conditions.
Your organization, communication, and customer service skills will directly contribute to a positive experience for patients, families, and care team members.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous administrative assistant or secretarial experience preferred; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Basic understanding of office procedures, including filing, copying, scanning, printing, and faxing.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage time effectively, stay organized, and support multiple priorities in a professional environment.
