Administrative Assistant - Alpharetta

Our client located in Alpharetta is looking for an Administrative Assistant with light Bookkeeping and Marketing Experience.

Duties will include the following:

  • Admin Asst duties for CEO and President.
  • Basic accounting skills with Sage 300 experience
  • Insurance review
  • Office management responsibility
  • Answering phones, ordering supplies, managing office vendors
  • Equipment Rental management & inventory management
  • Expense reporting

Base salary 40’s to 50’s with Benefits and Great Alpharetta location.
