This means your role will involve managing activities such as managing incoming calls,office operations, event coordination, vendor management, assisting with onboarding, and internal communication support.What Your Day Will Look Like- Coordinate all aspects of in office client meetings and events
- Provide data entry and calendar coordination (if needed)
- Review and respond to correspondence and draft appropriate responses for the executive team and CEO
- Manage expenses and prepare reports with receipts and other forms of documentation
- General administrative support and other duties as assigned
- Office management for our Dallas headquarters
- Answering front desk calls and coordinating with corresponding offices
