Job description

fwd@rEvolution is looking for a marketing and administrative assistant to be the Master of Making It Happen for our growing sales and marketing organization. Our ideal candidate has some tactical experience with office management/executive management, GSuite, and can learn new software tools quickly. We’re looking for someone who wants to grow as a member of our team, finds joy in making things sail along smoothly, and advocates for our mission of supporting women and caregivers in marketing with the freedom and the power to pursue their own visions of success. Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including email.
  • Composes and types routine correspondence.
  • Organizes and maintains digital and physical filing systems and other records.
  • Answers and screens general phone calls.
  • Maintains agency calendars and coordinates appointments.
  • Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and reservations as needed.
  • Conducts research, and compiles and types statistical reports for @revenue and clients.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings and events, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and records and transcribes minutes of meetings.
  • Seeks ways to streamline processes and improve performance.
  • Onboards new employees and provides tech support, troubleshooting issues.
  • Supports, reviews, maintains, and proofs CRM systems for clients and internal processes.
  • Supports QuickBooks, invoicing, payment processing, collections, and data entry.
  • Supports social media and marketing efforts, including flyer design, content creation, newsletter writing, and social media scheduling.
  • Responds to and directs social media and website messages.
  • Posts blogs on our websites monthly.
  • Participates in personal development and supports others in their journeys.
  • Assists CEO with light personal tasks as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as needed.
