University of Michigan is hiring an Administrative Assistant Intermediate for the University Center for Language and Literacy (UCLL) within MARI. You will be the first contact for clients, handling calls, messages, and in-person interactions with a courteous, professional approach.
The role emphasizes coordinating schedules, supporting families, and maintaining confidential information while collaborating with clinicians and staff.
We are performing updates and maintenance to improve the applicant experience. As a result, the site will be unavailable from Saturday, August 29, at 9:00 p.m. ET through Sunday, August 30, at 8:00 a.m. ET. During this outage period, applications for job postings cannot be submitted.
MARI provides mental health and language and literacy services to the U-M community and the general public. Established almost 90 years ago, MARI remains one of the few clinical providers administered through U-M central campus (i.e., we are not part of Michigan Medicine).
