As a Radiology Reception Assistant (Administrative Assistant III), you’ll play an essential role in creating a positive, seamless experience for our patients from the moment they arrive. Under the direction of the Radiology Patient Support Services Supervisor, you’ll provide critical administrative and patient-facing support for the Department of Radiological Sciences in a fast-paced clinical environment.

The Administrative Assistant III demonstrates strong multitasking skills, professionalism, and the ability to quickly adjust to the changing needs of Radiology while providing exceptional service to patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
Salary Range: $30.36 - $43.89/Hourly
Qualifications:
As a condition of employment the final candidate who accepts an offer of employment will be required to disclose if they have been subject to any final administrative or judicial decisions within the last seven years determining that they committed any misconduct; or have filed an appeal of a finding of substantiated misconduct with a previous employer. Current/former UC employees are subject to a personnel file review.
