Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking an administrative and coordination professional to support the Director of Environmental Services/Housekeeping and department leaders at our main campus. The role requires independent management of defined processes and the ability to resolve conflicts while prioritizing tasks across facilities functions.

Job description

Provides reliable administrative and coordination support to the Director of Environmental Services/Housekeeping and department leaders. This role requires independent management of defined processes and the exercise of moderate judgment to resolve conflicts and prioritize tasks across functional areas.

Position if full-time in office at main campus. Monday thru Friday - Benefits Eligible

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Minimum three (3) years of related experience in the areas of customer service and/or office management, including administrative work supporting leadership.

Required Credentials
N/A

Preferred
Associates degree.
Healthcare/medical office experience.
Project management assistance experience.

Compensation Range

$26.51 - $39.76 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
