Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking an experienced administrative professional to perform a wide range of complex tasks supporting departments and executives. Responsibilities include organizing high volumes of work, preparing reports, and ensuring confidentiality while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires strong background in executive support, data handling, and meeting minutes, with preference for a BA and notary potential.

Qualifications

  • Six years of experience in a complex, responsible administrative position in a large organization.
  • At least four years of experience providing complex administrative support to executive level (VP/SVP) positions.
  • Experience taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
  • Notary Public preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate a high volume of work including confidential information.
  • Duties include exceptional customer service to customers and visitors.
  • Create, typing, editing, and proofreading department documents.
  • Scheduling meetings and arranging travel.
  • Entering, extracting, and analyzing data into reports and presentations.
  • Coordinating and monitoring budget preparation; auditing or reconciling financial statements and invoices.
  • Managing workload required to complete projects.

Job description

Provide a wide range of highly complex administrative tasks. Responsibilities include the organization,

prioritization and coordination of a high volume of work including confidential information. Duties include

exceptional customer service to customers and visitors; creating, typing, editing, and proofreading various

department documents; creating and maintaining filing systems; scheduling meetings and arranging travel;

entering, extracting, and analyzing data into reports and presentations; coordinating and monitoring budget

preparation; auditing or reconciling financial statements and invoices; and managing workload required to

complete projects. Duties will vary by department.

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent experience. Minimum of six (6) years of experience in a complex, responsible administrative position in a large organization. At least four (4) years of experience providing complex administrative support to executive level (VP/SVP ) positions OR internal EA experience for at least three (3) years. Experience taking and transcribing meeting minutes.

Compensation Range

$88,786.00 - $133,180.00 per year

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
