Job summary

Seattle Children's is seeking an in-kind donations coordinator to orchestrate all aspects of received donations, from materials to services, ensuring accurate processing and stewardship. The role partners with the Foundation and Guild Association to secure gifts and works with Child Life, Social Work and other departments to maximize impact for patients and families.

Qualifications

  • Collaborate with the Foundation and Guild Association to secure in-kind gifts.
  • Provide stewardship to in-kind donors and liaise with Child Life and Social Work.

Job description

Coordinate all aspects of the in-kind donations that are received and processed, including materials and services. Collaborate with the Foundation and Guild Association to secure in-kind gifts and provide stewardship to in-kind donors. Act as the liaison with Child Life, Social Work or other departments regarding in-kind donations.

Required Education and Experience

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years related experience, including working with volunteers, donors, guild members or other types of community supporters.

Required Credentials

None.

Preferred

Minimum two (2) years supervisory experience with volunteers and/or staff. Previous experience in a not-for-profit organization. Previous experience with Raiser's Edge or other donor database. Previous exposure to Continuous Performance Improvement principles.

Compensation Range

$29.16 - $43.73 per hour

Salary Information

This compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
