Administrative Assistant III - Boeckman Creek Primary School
This is an 8 hour/day, 10 month position under the Classified Bargaining Unit.
DEFINITION
Under the supervision of an Assistant Principal or Administrator with a similar level of responsibility, performs a variety of office management and clerical tasks, including facilitating communications among supervisor, parents, and staff; manages files and other record keeping systems; collects and analyzes information; prepares oral and written reports; and performs related work as required.
DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS
Employees at this level work under the general supervision of an Administrator with responsibilities of a primary school Principal and serves as an information liaison among the Administrator, teachers, other district personnel, and the general public. This position is distinguished from the Administrative Assistant IV position because this position does not require the coordination of the work of other clerical employees in the same office.
