Energy Northwest is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support the Extended Power Uprate program under supervision, with an emphasis on independent planning and decision-making. Under general supervision and acting on own initiative, performs advanced administrative duties for Extended Power Uprate. Requires detailed knowledge of company operations, organization procedures and personnel. Within established guidelines makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work. Exercise's discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests, determining complex trends and conflicting demands, and make recommendations to management. Demonstrates extensive interpersonal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, company employees, suppliers and customers using our core values as a guide. May act as a coordinator for special projects. May prepare and administer budgets; lead meetings; and provide training.
Perform as a member of an Emergency Response Team (ERO) and in an outage assignment, when directed
Requires a high school diploma or GED and a minimum of five years of progressive administrative experience, including leadership responsibilities and independent decision-making authority.
Pay Range $30.21 - $37.77 Hourly. The salary listed represents the pay range for this position. Starting pay is calculated from the minimum of the salary range and actual individual placement within the range is determined based on the candidate's experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the role. The level and final offer will also take into account the candidate's overall qualifications. Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
