Energy Northwest seeks a senior leader to own the Performance Improvement department, with direct responsibility for the Corrective Action Program and Station Trend Program. You will oversee the site Continuous Improvement Model elements and lead a team to improve efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring nuclear safety and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities include creating a department vision, establishing policies, budgeting, and coaching staff.
Provide ownership and station leadership of the Performance Improvement department. This position has direct responsibility for the Corrective Action Program, and Station Trend Program. It also maintains overall oversight and administration of the site Continuous Improvement Model elements.
Manage the activities of the Performance Improvement Departments through the following:
Must participate on the Emergency Response team (ERO) when designated.
Must support the biennial refueling outage
Must provide support to the OCC and EOC
Requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and at least ten years of experience within the nuclear industry. Experience must include one of the following:
An Associate degree and an additional twelve years of related experience or, a high school diploma/GED and an additional fourteen years of related experience may be considered in lieu of Bachelor's degree.

Typically, selected candidates are hired between the minimum and midpoint of the range, based on applicable experience and qualifications, market rate, internal equity, and budgetary allowances.
Offers will be negotiated based on each candidate's qualifications.
This role may be eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan. Incentives are earned based on employee performance against defined metrics and company goals.
