An Administrative Assistant III will provide comprehensive administrative support, manage reports and budgets, coordinate travel, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth departmental operations, while complying with security requirements and regulations.
JT4, LLC provides engineering and technical support to multiple western test ranges for the U.S. Air Force, Space Force, and Navy under the Joint Range Technical Services Contract, better known as J-Tech II. JT4 develops and maintains realistic, integrated test and training environments and prepares our nation's war-fighting aircraft, weapons systems, and aircrews for today's missions and tomorrow's global challenges.
Under limited supervision, an Administrative Assistant III provides administrative support services on behalf of a business unit or department and may provide work direction to less experienced clerical or administrative personnel. The work product facilitates the work of others within the immediate organizational unit.
Employee will be responsible for the following functions/duties:
A high school diploma, or equivalent, completion of formal training in administrative areas, and five (5) or more years of experience in an administrative position are required for this position.

The expected salary range for this position is $55,369.60 to $62,290.80 annually.

Work is performed in a typical office environment. Some walking, stooping, bending, climbing stairs, stretching, and lifting (up to 25 pounds) is required for purposes such as gathering supplies.
Travel to remote company work locations may be required.
