The Administrative Assistant II supports departmental operations through advanced administrative coordination, reporting, and operational support activities. The role supports and maintains workflows, prepares reports and materials, supports audits, and coordinates meetings and communications to support timely completion of departmental priorities and deliverables. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive as part of a team. They possess strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrate excellent time management and organizational abilities, are comfortable working independently with minimal supervision, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and are proficient with technology and a variety of digital tools.
