A leading county office is seeking an Administrative Support professional to provide essential clerical and communication support to the District Clerk Administration. The role includes handling incoming calls, managing case files, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and relevant experience in a public-facing clerical role, demonstrating strong communication and multitasking skills.
Provides general administrative support to District Clerk Administration. Assists in receiving incoming telephone calls and directing people to the appropriate department. Completes assigned projects, reports, and duties to support the operation of District Clerk Administration.
