Position Details
  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, Flexible hours
  • Pay: $21.60 per hour
  • Additional Incentives: Attendance Bonus

* The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: positive personality, attention to detail and problem solving, ability to multi-task, assist with company events, resourcefulness, and flexibility.

* 6 months to 1 year payroll experience is a plus.

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience using MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.

Role Purpose

Provide administrative and clerical support to management, including management of personnel records. Work under the general supervision of the General Manager, providing personal secretarial services and administrative assistance. Exercise discretion and judgment, and provide courteous, responsive, and accurate information to associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen telephone calls and visitors, directing them appropriately.
  • Provide information to callers, requiring detailed knowledge of the manager’s area and general company policies.
  • Perform confidential administrative functions, such as typing, proofing reports, and taking minutes of meetings.
  • Maintain departmental records and prepare reports.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Manage mail, draft responses, and delegate tasks as appropriate.
  • Follow up on delegated assignments.
  • Maintain confidential filing systems.
  • Process weekly payroll records.
  • Serve as a communication point for associates.
  • Operate office equipment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
  • Two years of related experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
