Rock Valley College is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to be the main front desk presence in the Records and Registration Office. You will provide advanced clerical support using multiple software systems and exercise independent judgment with minimal supervision while upholding confidentiality.
The role supports customer service standards for students, faculty, and staff, processes applications through the CRM, manages queues, and assists in registering for non-credit programs as needed.

Supervision Exercised:Supervision may be exercised over student workers.
Provide support and service to the Records and Registration Office by being the main presence at the front desk. Using independent judgment, and minimal supervision, provide advanced clerical support involving multiple software and complex office equipment. Must exercise advanced reasoning and mature critical and analytical thinking skills. Help Registrar lead and support customer service standards and service. Model excellent customer service to students, faculty, administration, staff and others through all methods of contact. Confidentiality and discretion are required.

Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six to twelve monthsrelated experience and/or training in customer service; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
