Utah Tech University is seeking a clerical/secretarial–level administrator to support the Department of Nursing. The role focuses on processing nursing program applications, informing applicants of status, and providing general department support across multiple programs.
The position requires at least an associate’s degree or equivalent and two years of office experience, with a strong emphasis on organization, confidentiality, and accuracy in fast-paced settings.
Provides clerical/secretarial support services to the Department ofNursing Department Chair, faculty, staff, and students within theCollege of Health Sciences, with emphasis in facilitating accurate,timely and efficient processing of Nursing program applications andinforming applicants of their status and other inquiries. Provideadministrative support to the department, including but not limitedto screening/routing of telephone calls and visitors, as well asmanaging department mail.
