Utah Tech University is seeking a clerical assistant to support the Department of Nursing. You will handle student applications, coordinate data entry, and assist with program documentation and scheduling. The role requires organization, confidentiality, and strong communication with faculty, staff, and students.
The position is full-time on-site within the College of Health Sciences, with an emphasis on accurate processing of applications and timely updates to department records.
Provides clerical/secretarial support services to the Department of Nursing Department Chair, faculty, staff, and students within the College of Health Sciences, with emphasis in facilitating accurate, timely and efficient processing of Nursing program applications and informing applicants of their status and other inquiries. Provide administrative support to the department, including but not limited to screening/routing of telephone calls and visitors, as well as managing department mail.
