Oil States International is seeking an Administrative Assistant - Expeditor to support the Engineering department and the Manufacturing group, ensuring timely document control, formatting, and release of drawings and project records.
You will process transfer orders in Glovia, maintain engineering libraries, coordinate with engineers and drafters, and help manage project schedules while adhering to company policies.

Oil States is currently looking for qualified candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant - Expeditor.
Provide administrative support for Engineering department with focus on the Manufacturing group within the Engineering department. Assist Document Control in typing, formatting, correcting, and controlling documents while also helping to create new documents when necessary to maintain project schedules and needs.
