The Division of Enrollment Management is seeking a highly organizedand customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support the dailyoperations of the division. This full-time position plays a vitalrole in ensuring efficient office operations and exceptionalservice to students, faculty, staff, employers, and communitypartners.
This Administrative Assistant will coordinate a variety ofadministrative and operational responsibilities including managingdivision-wide calendars and schedules, reserving event spaces,ordering supplies, processing catering and meal requisitions, andassisting with division-wide events and initiatives. This positionserves as a key communication liaison across multiple offices andwill provide timely follow-up regarding programs, services, andevents.
This role will work with various campus systems and databases toverify information, update records, maintain event details, andsupport accurate reporting and communication across thedivision.
As a support role within Enrollment Management, this position willengage in many facets of the student's experience from orientationthrough graduation. The Administrative Assistant will support teamsfocused on student retention, engagement, career readiness, andhelping students identify and navigate their academic andprofessional pathways.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills,attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to buildpositive relationships with a wide range of constituents. Successin this role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities ina fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customerservice and communication.
