Responsibilities

  • General reception duties: answer telephone, greet visitors, route to appropriate personnel, respond to information requests, sort district mail.
  • Provide a variety of secretarial/clerical duties for the District Office.
  • Maintain and process Building Use forms for the District.
  • Maintain and process student transfer and virtual charter requests.
  • Maintain and process Free and Reduced lunch forms, including Mealtime input and reports.
  • Assist District Office Administration and staff; provide backup coverage.
  • Schedule District Conference Room for use by District employees.
  • Facilitate and participate in District activities as needed.
  • Assist with various fiscal procedures including accounts payable and deposits.
  • Assist with social media and website maintenance.
  • Support Superintendent and Board Secretary; prepare Board agendas and attend meetings.
  • Coordinate equipment and supply needs for District Office.
  • May participate in Bargaining team during negotiations.
  • Cultivate and model a respectful working and learning environment.

GENERAL DUTIES

Perform telephone and reception duties for the District Office. Perform a variety ofsecretarial/clerical duties for District Office.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
