Standing Rock Sioux Tribe is seeking an Administrative Assistant for the Diabetes Project. This full-time role supports the Diabetes Prevention Department with data management, reporting, scheduling, purchases, and day-to-day office operations while maintaining confidential project records.

Salary Range: $17.70 To $22.12 Hourly
SCOPE OF WORK: The Administrative Assistant provides administrative, data management, fiscal, and program support to the Diabetes Prevention Department to ensure the accurate collection, organization, reporting, and maintenance of program information and records. The position supports the Fitness Project Manager and program staff with reporting, scheduling, purchasing, inventory, document preparation, and day-to-day office operations while maintaining accurate and confidential program records.

TESTING AND BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:
Subject to pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion drug and alcohol testing.
Tribal, State, and Federal background investigation.
HIRING PREFERENCES:
Qualified applicants who are enrolled members of a federally recognized Tribe will receive Native American preference.
Qualified applicants will receive Veteran’s Preference with submission of proof of honorable military service (e.g., DD-214).
