Base pay range

$16.00/hr - $18.00/hr

We are currently seeking to hire a Full-Time Administrative Assistant & Caregiver

If you are a caring, compassionate well-organized Caregiver who would appreciate and enjoy the flexibility to work 50% in the field as a caregiver and 50% in the office, independence, and appreciates a work family team culture, we would love to add you to our Transitions at Home Team.

What does a Transitions at Home Office/NM Lead Caregiver do?

The Office/ Non-Medical Lead Caregiver is responsible for Caregiver introductions, training the Caregivers, matching caregivers with Clients, VA Authorization renewals, and performing services for the Client as necessary to maintain the personal care and comfort of the Client, while in their own home.

Hours: Flexible
  • 8:00am - 4:30pm
  • Monday through Friday
  • Occasional weekends & evening coverage
  • No Holidays

Qualifications / Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Previous experience in Home Health Care
  • A valid Wisconsin Driver's License and Car Insurance
  • Reliable Car
  • Basic Computer Skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
