• Proficient with common software such as Word and Excel; AS400 knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and accurate completion of office operations and support to management.
• Balance financial data and complete sales audit paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients to maintain service reputation.
• Assist with monthly invoicing of clients (accounts receivable).
• Support departments with administrative tasks and demonstrate flexibility.
• May compute payroll and coordinate with payroll representatives.
• Prepare correspondence and memos for communications between customers, management, staff, and technicians.
• Order and maintain office supplies for the branch.
