Beam Living in New York City is seeking an Occupancy Specialist to assist with qualifying applicants in the Affordable Department. The role reports to the Director of Affordable Housing and is based in our NYC office.
You will screen applications, verify income/assets, manage waiting lists, determine eligibility, and ensure compliance with HUD/HPD/Section 8 guidelines while supporting audits and special projects.
