Administrative Assistant
We are currently seeking candidates for an Administrative Assistant at a telecommunications co. located in Boston, MA, 02116.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment.
This is a 12-month temporary role and will pay up to $25.00 per hour (based on relative work experience) within a 40-hour work week.
3 days per week on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and expenses and reconcile to yearly budget
- Track contracts and budgets
- Submit expense reports
- Sort mail and scan into SharePoint
- Process checks requests
- Manage team database
- Organize team lunches/events
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Experience with SharePoint is highly preferred
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Thoroughness, attention to detail and accuracy
