Position Overview
We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the leadership and office staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys multitasking, and is passionate about making daily operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities Of The Administrative Assistant
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and internal documents
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Order office supplies and handle vendor coordination
- Greet visitors and serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting
- Support special projects and company events as needed
Required Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Professional demeanor and customer service mindset.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Administrative Assistant:
- Experience in professional services.
- Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Adobe Acrobat, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Associate's degree or higher is preferred.
