Thrivent is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support a seasoned advisor and enhance the member experience. This 32-hour-per-week role handles phones, greeting members, mail, supplies, and scheduling—backed by Thrivent Financial systems to support client relations.
The position requires handling confidential information, multitasking, and the ability to learn Thrivent tools. Benefits include medical stipend, sick pay, PTO, and holiday pay. WA licensing paths start within 6 months.
This position provides administrative support to a seasoned advisor. This role is critical to our member experience and requires a friendly, upbeat demeanor. The incumbent supports the daily operations of the practice, including, but not limited to: answering the phones, meeting/greeting members, handling/distributing postal mail and practice email, ordering supplies, utilizing Thrivent Financial computer systems and programs in support of client relations, and other administrative tasks as assigned. The Administrative Assistant reports to and is employed by the local advisor. This position is 32 hours a week, compensating $38,200 to $43,200 based upon experience. Benefits include: medical benefit stipend, sick pay, PTO, and Holiday pay. Must be willing to become licensed in the first 6 months (FINRA SIE/7/66 and WA L&H) which will be an immediate growth track.
