What You’ll Do
  • Serve as the primary gatekeeper, managing communications, guiding external and internal customers, authoring internal memos, and maintaining pristine, secure filing systems.
  • Evaluate existing administrative workflows and design smarter, faster, and more reliable processes for document control, digital filing, and information routing.
  • Synthesize data into concise memos, presentations, and reports.
  • Streamline communication workflows, anticipating roadblocks, and implementing clever solutions to ensure communications are effective.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating team calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
  • Answering phone calls with a professional and enthusiastic tone, helping to resolve inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assisting with business area’s annual budget preparation and maintenance including reviewing expense reports, completing check requests and creating purchase orders.
Job-Specific Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint and Visio).
  • Proficiency navigating Outlook, scheduling meetings, and using video call software.
  • Top-tier communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with coworkers, managers and customers; conveying information clearly, listening carefully and providing guidance.
  • Clearly writing professional memos, emails, documents and reports without errors.
  • Exceptional critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks while effectively organizing tasks and time.
