This position requires an individual to perform a variety of administrative and clerical functions in support of the department head and subordinate personnel. Some duties and projects may be of a highly confidential or sensitive nature.
Must have experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Requires High School graduation or GED equivalent supplemented one (1) year of administrative, clerical, or customer service experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
Must possess and maintain a valid Florida state driver’s license with an acceptable driving history.

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
