Thriving Lives Counseling is seeking an administrative assistant with an interest in clinical psychology to support daily operations in Tinley Park, IL. The role includes handling correspondence, data entry, and customer inquiries.
The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can multitask, and is available for weekday evenings and weekend shifts during training. A high school diploma or GED is required, a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
We are looking for someone with a background or current interest in clinical psychology as well as the ability to perform administrative tasks as needed such as:
Please do not apply if you are not available for evening and weekend shifts. Shifts will consist of weekday evenings from 4 or 5p-9:30p and Saturdays and/or Sundays from 8 or 9a-5p. There will be weekday morning/early afternoon hours in the beginning while in training only.
High school diploma or GED (preferably a Bachelor's Degree)
Ability to execute active listening and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional customer service.
Ability to react to day-to-day operational requirements in a professional and timely manner.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task to meet deadlines.
Excellent inter-personal relationship skills and the ability to work with individuals of all levels.
Proven strong written and verbal communication skills including phone and e‑mail etiquette.
Proven computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook; ability to provide IT support and use computer systems/printers.
Ability to lift up-to 25 lbs.
Ability to work for extended hours sitting at a computer
Organized, energetic, intelligent, dependable, good listener, professional, attention to detail and collaborative spirit.
Bachelor’s degree in health administration, or Psychology
