Skanska USA is seeking an HR Generalist to support local office employees and managers, champion the company culture and values, and help build project and management teams. You will partner with employees and managers to nurture talent and address issues, while assisting with compensation, recruitment, performance, and talent management initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in a human resources administration role in large national, regional, or global companies.
  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, performance management, development programs, employee relations, compensation & rewards, diversity and inclusion.
  • Bachelor’s Degree – human resources management, labor relations, or a related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 3 years prior relevant experience.

As an HR Generalist, you will support the local office employees and managers. HR Generalist - Coordinator Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a human resources administration role in large national, regional, or global companies.

Salary Low
