Job summary

G2 Secure Staff in SeaTac, WA is seeking an Administrative Assistant to perform a wide range of office support activities, coordinate between operations, payroll and HR, and support both internal staff and visitors. You will handle filing, scheduling, expense reports, and onboarding paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties: filing, calls, mail, and correspondence.
  • Greet visitors and control access to individuals.
  • Build professional relationships with customers and team.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments; maintain calendars.
  • Prepare outgoing packages.
  • Assist with expense reports as needed.
  • Monitor supply levels and reorder as necessary.
  • Prepare requisitions and documents for purchase.
  • Maintain billing records and other source documents.
  • Enter and track candidate background orders; coordinate drug testing.
  • Coordinate badge applications, scheduling, reporting, and audits.
  • Coordinate Customs Seals applications and audits.
  • Assist with new-hire paperwork.
  • Seek extra work during downtime.
  • Model company culture and values.
  • Safety and security are the responsibility of every employee.
  • Follow health and safety rules; report hazards.

What you will be doing
